  • Polyurethane: from 40 to 350 kg / m3
  • Polystyrene: expanded and extruded
  • Wood: MDF, beech, pine, etc.
  • Tooling board: epoxy and polyurethane

We have the following equipment:

  • CMS milling machine with 5 simultaneous axes (X = 4800 mm, Y = 1650 mm, Z = 700 mm, B = + / – 135⁰ and C = -240 / + 350⁰)
  • Motoman 7 axes machining robot
